本機適用于多股漆包線，總截面≤50mm2漆包線(不刮皮)與銅端子的點焊，更換工裝后，可用于其他鉤件的點焊。中頻逆變焊機的輸出電流為直流形式，具有控制精度高、輸出電流穩定、感抗影響小、焊接變壓器質量輕、飛濺小等優點，本控制器的輸出頻率為1KHz,電流調節快速準確，可儲存32條焊接規范供用戶調用預先設置，使用時直接按需調用即可，故障診斷和自動保護功能 在工作過程中，控制器如檢測到情況異常，如過熱、過電流、欠電流等。

This machine is suitable for spot welding of copper terminal and multi-strand enameled wire with total section ≤50mm2 together. Byreplacing tooling, it can be used for spot welding of other hook parts. The output current of this machine is in the form of DC,which has the advantages of high control precision, stable output current, small inductive reactance, light weight of welding transformer and small splash. The output frequency of the controller is 1KHz, and the current regulation is fast and accurate. It can store 32 welding specifications for users to call presets, and it can be called directly when needed. This machine has function of fault diagnosis and automatic protection function. The controller can detect abnormal conditions such as overheat, overcurrent and undercurrent during the working process .
